Because the Mitzrim were afraid of Bnei Yisrael
Because the Mitzrim felt guilty that they had enslaved Bnei Yisrael
Because the Mitzrim thought they would die and therefore would soon have no need for their silver and gold vessels
Because God gave Bnei Yisrael favor in the eyes of the Mitzrim
